BUG TITLE: (12288) Down arrow before opening menu displays
causes 0K free to display (and no directory).

FIX DETAIL: Added code to accelerate getting directory if key
pressed before menu is up. Also changed classic pull down dis-
patch to use clpdown, not pdown, so that menu check is bypassed.

TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Retest. Retest all parts of this bug, as
I was only able to duplicate the 0K free part, not the flashing
screen. Make sure that classic commands work from help level 4,
make sure you can still move in and around directory from help
        level 3 and below.

        Titles of Bugs Fixed/Changes Made:

        * Remove earlier fix (^KY returns cursor to original position)

BUG TITLE: * Remove earlier fix (^KY returns cursor to original
        position)

FIX DETAIL: Returned to rev. 1.2 of nwblock.asm.

TESTING REQUIREMENTS: None other than making sure old macros
that use ^KY now work again.

BUG TITLE: INSTALLING WS7 OVER WS6 OR WS55 CAUSES
                            PROBLEMS WITH PDFEDIT

        =================================================================
CHANGE TITLE: Added PDFEDIT.COM to build and to disk set.

CHANGE DETAIL: Created PDFEDITC.ASM in \WS70\INSTALL for
PDFEDIT.COM target. This is a modification of the WS 6.0
PDFEDIT.ASM which now calls "PDFEDIT.EXE" instead of
"WINSTALL.EXE /e". PDFEDIT.COM was also added to disk set (via
AUTOTBLS.C) with only the "COPY_OVER" flag so that old
PDFEDIT.COM files get overwritten during initial WSSETUP install
or later WINSTALL add-a-feature (PDFEDIT.COM will also get
        removed via remove-a-feature in Add/Remove, whereas PDFEDIT.EXE,
PDFEDIT.HLP, and other Install files are never removed.

TESTING REQUIREMENTS: INSTALLATION: Install WS 7.0 over an older
version (simplest: put an old PDFEDIT.COM in the otherwise empty
WS7 directory and install WS 7.0 via WSSETUP or "WINSTALL /a"
selecting the "WordStar" selection in Add/Remove Feature screen).
The new PDFEDIT.COM should overwrite the old one.

RUN-TIME TEST: Run "PDFEDIT.COM" without and with various
parameters and verify that installed PDFEDIT.EXE is getting
executed. REMOVE ALL EXTRANEOUS PDFEDIT.COM AND PDFEDIT.EXE FILES
        FROM THE DOS PATH!!!!

DEINSTALLATION: Via WINSTALL (or WSSETUP) remove the "WordStar"
feature in the Add/Remove screen, and verify that PDFEDIT.EXE and
PDFEDIT.HLP remain but that PDFEDIT.COM has been deleted (if
we've already installed over the old PDFEDIT.COM, then we no
longer need the new PDFEDIT.COM installed since PDFEDIT.EXE will
now be the one exectuted upon entering "PDFEDIT" with no
        extension).
