        * (#12635) Hyphenating on user entered hyphens when .hy off

        Summaries of Fixes/Changes:

        =================================================================
        BUG TITLE: (#12634) No error message when not enough mem for
        thesaurus

        MODULES CHANGED:  nwthes.asm

        FIX DETAIL: Now ldthes lets spthld determine whether memory
        requirements are enough, and if not, let it print error message.
        Previously, if memory wasn't allocated, ldthes indicated an error
        in the code, but never reported it to the user.

        TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Retest. Maybe check other parts of the
        product under low memory conditions (speller, hyphenator, foreign
        language thesauri, hyphenators and spellers).

        BUG TITLE: (#12635) Hyphenating on user entered hyphens when .hy
        off

        MODULES CHANGED:  nwedit2.asm

        FIX DETAIL: splt02 doesn't indicate and mark a split point on
        soft hyphens if hyhelp is off.

        TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Retest. When .hy is off, WordStar should
        never break a line on any kind of hyphen. When .hy is on, Word-
        Star should use user hyphenation points or the hyphenator (soft
        hyphens), or the dash character to break lines.

        =================================================================
        BUG TITLE:  #12618 - CAN'T DELETE A HOTKEY

        FIX DETAIL: Call dlmac instead of dlscn when deleting hotkey.
        dlscn searched for the scan code in MacroScan, which had pre-
        viously been nulled out because the hotkey was deleted. dlmac
        searches for the macro name.

        TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Test all possibilities at the Rename Macro
        dialog box, especially the New Macro Name and New Hotkey Name to
        make sure wshotkey.ovr is being updated correctly.
