        definition

        =================================================================
        BUG TITLE: (#12694) Spell check w/definitions on doesn't always
        give definition

        MODULES CHANGED:  nwthes.asm

        FIX DETAIL: Closed thes, opened definitions dictionary, get
        definition, close definitions, open thes whenever getting a
        definition.

        TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Run Henry's memory test (hopefully under
        different memory configurations (WS's and DOS's). Check defini-
        tions from thesaurus as well as from spelling. Two windows and
        one window. After running a DOS program. After printing with
        InSet.

        CHANGE TITLE: WS LAN not working same as older versions with two
        users editing same file

        MODULES CHANGED:  nwstyle2.asm, nwopen6.asm nwopen1.asm
        nwdinit.asm nwdosio.asm

        FIX DETAIL: Changed open temp file routines when mpmflg bit 1
        set and/or nwflg bit 4 set. Change style lib init to always
        close file if it came in to the routine as closed. Added error
        query when temp files on separate drive. Changed document open
        routine to handle multi-user systems better (If input can be
        opened read/write, deny write, then OK. If not, then it's opened
        read/only, deny none.)

        TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Test with and without the following (all
        permutations, too): nwflg set for temp files on different drive,
        mpmflg bit 1 set (sharing files), share byte in user area set to
        0 as well as 1 (prompt for file already being edited). Test with
        two users trying to edit the same file. Whichever one has write
        access should always be able to save the file.

        =================================================================
        BUG TITLE: (#12689) Extended characters in Clipboard crash when
        ^K[

        MODULES CHANGED:  nwblock2.asm

        FIX DETAIL: Added handling in routines to skip sym sequence and
        wrap (1b/1c) checking and added 1b/1c handling when writing to
        gap.

        TESTING REQUIREMENTS: Note that decimal characters 10 (line
        feed), 12 (form feed), 13 (carriage return), and 26 (EOF) will
        not translate from Windows (even if they came from WordStar).
        This is as good as it's going to get for this release. Test all
        extended characters except the above. Note that Windows can't
        display all of them in its native character set, but they do work
        OK when coming back now (and Windows does as well as it can with
        what we give it).

BUG # 12606	Unable to Install WS7 LAN on BANYAN 5.0

Summaries of Fixes/Changes:

=================================================================
BUG NUMBER:		12606

BUG TITLE: Unable to Install WS7 LAN on BANYAN 5.0

FIX DETAIL: Our BANYAN server was returning a disk cluster
size of 2048 (OK) first and then 1024 (previously illegal) after copying
some files. The test in check_drive has been changed to allow the 1024
value as a workaround. Eventually this cluster checking should be
reviewed and possibly eliminated or replaced with checks of the media
type.

MODULES CHANGED:	AUTOINST.C

TESTING REQUIREMENTS:	Install on Banyan VINES 5.0 and confirm
correct installation.
